CLEARSUN Fellowship brings motivated students into small cross-cultural teams, supported by AI tools, human mentors, and community partners, to produce documented work that communities can actually use. CLEARSUNフェローシップは、意欲ある学生を少人数の異文化チームに結び、AIツール、人間メンター、地域パートナーの支援を受けながら、地域が実際に活用できる文書化された成果を生み出す取り組みです。

Why CLEARSUN existsCLEARSUNが存在する理由

Three gaps that conventional education rarely bridges.従来の教育だけでは埋めにくい三つのギャップ。

Universities teach essential knowledge. CLEARSUN adds a complementary environment where students practice problem framing, cross-cultural collaboration, and responsible AI use around real-world uncertainty.大学は重要な知識を教えます。CLEARSUNはそれを置き換えるのではなく、現実の不確実性を前提に、問題設定、異文化協働、責任あるAI活用を実践する補完的な場を加えます。

The orientation gap

Disciplines are structured. Real problems are not. Fellows learn how to identify what must be learned to address a real-life challenge.

The mentoring scale gap

Deep personal mentoring is difficult to scale. AI can support personal exploration and reflection while human mentors provide context and wisdom.

The perspective gap

Every mentor has limits. CLEARSUN combines diverse people, cultures, and AI-supported comparison to question assumptions, verify facts, and soften the effect of inherited biases.

How the fellowship worksフェローシップの仕組み

From curiosity to documented contribution.好奇心から、文書化された貢献へ。

The programme is not a lecture course or short-term internship. It is a sustained project experience running alongside university studies, focused on practical learning and documented contribution.このプログラムは、講義や短期インターンではありません。大学での学びと並行して行う、実践的な学びと文書化された貢献を重視する継続的なプロジェクト体験です。

Cohort and team formation

Small teams are formed around interests, motivation, and communication readiness.

Issue exploration

Teams research regional contexts and identify questions worth pursuing.

Community engagement

Fellows approach local stakeholders with mentor guidance on protocol and framing.

Project development

Teams produce useful outputs such as maps, proposals, comparative studies, or roadmaps.

Review, reflection, sharing

Outputs are reviewed, lessons are documented, and selected methodology is openly shared.

The core question is not: “What certificate will I receive?” It is: “How can I collaborate to learn, build and contribute?” 中心となる問いは「どの資格が得られるか」ではありません。「どのように協働し、学び、作り、貢献できるか」です。
